Tri-Stone Diamond Ring in Yellow Gold

Made with well over a carat of natural raw Diamonds, this ring is the perfect low-profile and daily wear engagement ring. It has a solid Silver core then plated in 24k Yellow Gold.
Cast Jewelry (Solid 14k Gold or Sterling Silver)
Our jewelry is heirloom quality and made with the best materials available. When ordering a silver or gold piece, we include a polishing cloth with each order. We recommend cleaning with warm water and soap, allow it to dry, then polish with the cloth whenever you feel it needs a shine. Most of our jewelry (Opals are the exception!) is specifically designed to be worn 24/7, but feel free to take it off whenever you want. I personally wear my rings to bed, in the shower and to wash dishes, but if you have questions about the stone in your ring please email and we can let you know more specific care instructions for your ring.
You can also take it to your local jeweler for cleaning if you don't want to do it yourself.
Electroformed and Plated Jewelry
WE NO LONGER SERVICE ELECTROFORMED JEWELRY
If you have purchased an electroformed piece and it needs to be re-plated, your local jeweler should be able to do this for you. Often jewelers will ask what materials the piece is made with. You can respond: It is an electroformed piece made with a core of Fine Silver and gemstones. If it was plated before (bare Fine Silver rings were not plated), it was originally plated with 14k Yellow Gold, 18k Rose Gold or Rhodium depending on your specific ring.
What to Expect from Long-Term Daily Wear
As with any piece you wear daily, you may notice scratching or scuffing on the stone or band. This will vary depending on what you do with your hands since no two of us live the same life. Anything beyond moderate scuffing or scratching is abnormal, so please reach out if you feel your ring has abnormal wear to determine if it qualifies for warranty repair.

Our return policy applies to Ready-To-Ship and Made-To-Order items. This policy does not apply to pieces purchased through our Custom Jewelry Design process.
I do not offer refunds for any reason, but will offer, at my discretion, an exchange or store credit for non-custom pieces if contacted within 7 days of receiving an item. You must contact us and be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning an item. Forced returns will not be accepted and again no refunds will be given. If we agree to an exchange, you will be given the return address and an RMA number which must be included with the package. The item must be returned before credit is issued and must be in saleable condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To request cancellation of your ready-to-ship or made-to-order item/s, you must email within 24 hours of purchase. However, if your item has already shipped or production has started, cancellation will be declined even if it is within the 24-hour window. Cancellation will only be approved at our discretion.
The Processing time (the time it takes to build the piece) is different depending on what you ordered:
- All Made-To-Order items have an estimated 6-8 weeks for processing.
- All Read-To-Ship items will ship within 1-3 business days
- All Custom Design timelines are personalized and discussed directly with the client.
Shipping speed and carrier is entirely dependent on what option you choose.
Expedite Fee for Custom Piece Policy
If you are ordering a custom ring and need it faster than the timeframe we originally quoted you in the consultation, please contact us to see if we are able to add an expedited piece to our queue and what that fee is. Thank you!
Delayed/Missing Package Policy
For the most up-to-date tracking information, please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping email. The Fox and Stone is not responsible for any delays once the package has been transferred to the postal carrier.
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for total value of your order. We are happy to submit an insurance claim for any missing or damaged packages, however if insufficient or no insurance was purchased The Fox and Stone is not responsible for the lost value.
The Fox and Stone is not responsible (i.e. we will not issue a refund/replace) for any lost, missing, delayed or damaged packages, but we will submit an insurance claim where it is legal to do so. If you open a chargeback, you forfeit all rights to your package.
If the item arrives damaged, client must reach out within 3 days of delivery date and provide photos of the shipping package, jewelry box and item.
Customs/Duty and Import Tax Policy
Most counties, if not all of them, will charge Customs and/or import taxes on international shipments. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to holds placed by your Customs Office. Please check with your local Customs Office for more information.
Warranty and Repair Policy
At the discretion of the Fox and Stone, a custom piece will be repaired or replaced if any manufacturer’s defects are brought to our attention within the first 12 months from the date of receiving your piece. Full warranty details are outlined below.
1. NORMAL AND/OR ABUSIVE WEAR IS NOT COVERED.
Damaged caused by normal wear or abusive wear and tear is not covered. Damage may be repaired for a fee.
2. LOSS AND DISAPPEARANCE ARE NOT COVERED.
We recommend all clients insure their custom design pieces through their current homeowners, renters or personal property insurance policy. Fox and Stone is not responsible for any loss or disappearance, including but not limited to the entire jewelry piece or stones.
3. REPAIRS PERFORMED BY OTHER JEWELERS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY AND WILL NOT BE COVERED.
We recommend clients contact us directly for any required repair work. Repair work not covered under your warranty will be assessed and billed based on the required work. Repairs begin at $100.
